High-quality FIFO flow rack systems
Flow rack pallet racks function similarly to conveyor belts integrated within a rack structure. The pallets are placed at the loading end (see illustration above), and then glide down an incline for retrieval at the opposite end. The systems we install can rise six or more bays high and accommodate up to 15 positions deep. By leveraging gravity to maintain pallet loads for picking operations, flow racks present a cost-effective first-in, first-out storage solution.

We install and recommend gravity flow racks, designed by Ridg-U-Rak. They come with multiple heavy-duty roller options. Economical roll-formed columns are strong and durable. Parts are put through flow audits and testing.
These racks are great for distribution centers, staging areas, and areas where a high throughput is needed.
